5. (continued) is repetition. Even though a person may understand the technique
of a move, it may take lots of repetition to master and develop muscle memory. The first time in a particular level, you learn the movement. The second time around, I work with you to improve your control, make the movement softer and more fluid. This gives you the stronger base which is required at higher levels for layering the movements.
